I am currently taking on new supervisees and have multiple points in the week I can offer on an ad hoc or long-term basis. My supervision practice hours are wider that my therapy hours so please contact me to discuss when we could potentially work together.
I am also able to provide IFS supervision on a consultancy basis if you need infrequent input into your work but not a regular supervision process (this may be in addition to your clinical supervision, or you may be a practitioner that doesn’t require regular supervision).
Price
For therapists more than 1 year after qualification - £60
For student therapists or those who are still within a year of finishing their training - £40
Supervision can be primary or additional depending on your needs. If you are at an earlier stage of your training or just qualified it can also be educative where you have the space to explore what you’re learning, but maybe also need more help understanding concepts, or applying them to your work.
How I work as a supervisor
My approach to supervision is collaborative, non-hierarchical, and grounded in mutual respect. I aim to ensure that you the supervisee is genuinely getting what you need from our work together. My role is not to instruct, but to offer guidance, reflection, and insight that supports your development, deepens your self-awareness, strengthens your practice, and provides empowerment when you are stuck or are have elements of your work that are causing you worry and fear.
I bring the depth of my own clinical specialisms into the supervision space, particularly in areas including:
Queerness and LGBTQ+ identities
Gender and masculinity
Neurodiversity
Non-traditional relationships (polyamory, non-monogamy)
Spirituality and meaning
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy
My understanding of Internal Family Systems therapy (Level 1 trained with additional training facilitation experience) provides a powerful lens to explore parts of ourselves that show up in the therapeutic relationship. It can offer clarity around internal conflict, emotional stuckness, or unspoken dynamics, and help illuminate what’s operating just outside of conscious awareness.
I work primarily with the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which gives us a comprehensive framework to explore your work across multiple layers—from the client-therapist relationship to the wider systemic and cultural context. That seventh 'eye'—the broader environment—allows us to consider the client's world in terms of power, oppression, and material conditions, drawing on my socialist and intersectional feminist framework. We look not only at your client’s history, but any feature of their experience (particularly marginalisation and oppression) that often fails to support human complexity.
Supervision with me is an exploratory, co-created space. There are no bad questions and nothing you "should already know." Instead, we welcome curiosity and reflection—creating room for all the parts of you that want to contribute to your growth, even those not yet fully voiced. I also seek regular feedback to ensure our work remains aligned with your needs and evolving practice.
About My Practice
I offer supervision online or in-person from my home-based practice near Aldgate East, E1, London. You're welcome in either space.
I work integratively, with a strong foundation in person-centred practice and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am open to working with therapists and practitioners from any background or modality.
Qualifications and training include:
Level 1 Certificate in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS Institute), with experience assisting in training delivery in two IFS programs
NVQ Level 6 in Counselling Supervision, with a focus on anti-oppressive practice and intersectional feminist theory
My supervision practice is firmly rooted in affirming and inclusive values, particularly when working with those navigating marginalised identities or working with clients in those spaces.
What to Expect in a First Session
Our first session is an opportunity for you to get a clear sense of who I am and how I work. We'll talk about your previous supervision experiences—what worked, what didn’t and explore your hopes and needs moving forward.
If you already feel ready to dive into client work together, we can begin exploring your current caseload or themes within your process or work that you want to address. Alternatively, we can spend more time getting to know each other and seeing how my style and specialisms align with your way of working.
There’s no pressure to commit immediately. My aim is for you to leave the session with a clear sense of whether this is the right fit. If it isn’t, that’s absolutely okay—finding the right supervisor is essential, and I fully support you in making that choice freely.
Let me know if you’d like to book an initial session or have any questions about how we might work together.
AI assisted sessions
For supervisees who are interested in using AI in their sessions I am able to use Plaud, an AI recording device that can provide a transcription of the session and a summary and analysis of what was discussed. This provides records of our conversations that allow you to go back to reflect on them more, have another perspective from the AI on what was discussed where the framing of it might be helpful, and for those where memory is challenging due to neurodivergence (for example ADHD or brain fog) it allows supervisees to see the record that they may not be able to retrain themselves fully. Where you are experiencing cases that have complex or risk features this can be particularly useful so you are clear what we discussed and, should you want additional professional securing, a record that you can keep and use should you need to.
Using AI is entirely optional. I will mention it early in our process as something available to use which you can opt for or not, and it can be used on a session by session basis depending if you feel it’s helpful (maybe each time, maybe in just some sessions that you feel it’s more helpful). There is an admin charge of £10 on top of the session fee to use this as I have to create, read through and check the summary to ensure that the AI has not made any errors or provided something that I am clear is not meeting my own supervisory analysis. You can let me know before we meet if you want to use it, or when I ask in session.
